Service Description

Shadow work, is a powerful style of healing that assists people in getting to the root cause of their current presenting symptoms to heal them. I use astrology to show you how to live the life you were designed to and help you overcome obstacles. Then reiki to help calm your system and get us ready to go deeper to heal. We store trauma in our bodies. Trauma is any time we experience an intense emotion. It does not have to be a big event. It can absolutely be that you put your hand up to ask a question in third grade and everyone laughed at you. It stays in our bodies and will affect us if not processed for years to come and in many unhealthy ways. We use guided imagery, breathwork, inner child work, and reconnecting to the true self through structured and professional sessions. Unlike hypnosis, which can create a fear of lack of control, and unlike talk therapy which can leave you feeling worse with a long-time frame to create change in behaviors and thoughts - this type of healing creates a space for you to unravel why you do, think or feel the way you do - and discover and shift any unwanted patterns consciously, with you in the driving seat along with the knowledge and guidance of your healer. Root-cause Therapy focuses on finding and healing the cause of people's current symptoms. If necessary we will also use DBT to help you learn how to manage big emotions, be more mindful, and communicate more effectively. The combination of the 2 has been incredibly successful and empowering! If there is a desire to grow spiritually and open up to your own gifts we can work on that as well, it tends to happen naturally as we heal our shadows.

Cancellation Policy

Due to long appointment times and waitlists, 24 hours notice is preferred for cancelations. 6 Hours is mandatory. Cancellations and no-shows under 6 hours will be charged a Cancelation fee of $50 to &65 Or half of the service price. You will be invoiced and must pay that before your next visit. Thank you for understanding how hard it is to fill a 2-hour time slot in some cases, with no notice, and how badly that would affect the business. xo
